USED!? California Costumes Rag Doll Dress Navy/White 11-13
I was looking forward to this costume. Haven't really had any issues with Amazon products until now. I ordered this as new, not used. This product has orange makeup caked along the straps & black smudges. They will not come out with spot cleaning (cleaning directions stated on tag). I took a picture but I don't see were to upload a photo. Also the black part of the dress doesn't come with it. I thought it was attached as part of the dress but I guess it's a separate petticoat piece.
