EXACTLY what i expected
i purchased this with super saver shipping and it came a week sooner than expected. the only thing this doesnt come with is the shoes and that life saver thing she is holding. the dress is very good material fits perfectly (i wear a size 12-16) (has room to grow as well) i love it, cheaper and much better quality than the crap you find at the overpriced halloween stores

Beautiful costume!
I wore this costume to an early Halloween party a couple of days ago, and everyone loved it!

A few things you might want to know:

-I had to alter a few things. I'm only 5'3", so I had to hem the bottom of the dress up about 4 inches to keep it from dragging on the ground. I also had to shorten the sleeves and alter the neckline.

-The neckline is made for women with larger chests. Someone with B Cups or smaller will likely need to alter it; I had to take it in an inch on each side. Otherwise, there is a lot of extra space, and the neckline is wide open.

-There is a really irritating mesh inside of the sleeves. It helps to keep the "poofy" shape of the sleeves. This actually irritated my skin so badly, my shoulders turned red and hurt. It was easily fixed by sewing a shoulder pad to sit underneath it.

-Do not expect to wear the crown. It's far too large to stay on anyone's head.

-The trim around neckline tears easily. Be...

Loved this Costume!
I loved this costume! It honestly has to be one of the best costumes I've purchased in quite a while and the quality was pretty impressive. After reading another review, I ordered a size larger than the size suggested for me and it fit perfectly. The accessories were a nice addition (feather head band and cigarette holder), they were good quality and didn't get ratty looking after a cold, windy night of dancing downtown. I really liked the sequin details on the bodice part of the dress; it's what made this costume so different from the regular fringe-only flapper costumes.

I purchased this costume not expecting much, but it was great! It does have alittle stretch too it even though most costumes dont, true to size, and the quality is amazing. Exactly like the picture and so worth the price! ;)

Accurate looking but with a sexy twist
I was looking for a costume that was cute enough for me to wear out to a couple of parties but not so slutty that i wouldn't wear it to work.
Well, it was very cute and defiantly not too slutty but i couldn't wear it too work. this costume is made of the same cheep material that all costumes are made of, and is somewhat sheer (being white and all). I am 5 feet tall and about a size 4; the slits in the skirt are a good length, but if you are quite tall it could be a problem. Also I purchased a size XS which i worried might be too small but it was great, very skin tight so be sure you have sheer undergarments, and if you choose to wear nylons use body tape to keep them from rolling, since that will be visible through the dress.
