Not so spectacular...
For the price, what you get is pretty reasonable I suppose - however that was when I spend $24.99. I would have never expected such low quality for something that was $40 originally - like the ad states. I am 5'2" and weigh 115. Generally I wear a size XS or SM. Some of the reviews said that this item runs small - which is certainly not the case. I ordered a small and was swimming in it... well everything except the skirt length which was WAY too short. At 5'2" I never have problems with things being too short, but my butt cheeks would certainly have hung out of this. Another problem is the material. The black material is an incredibly cheap thin pleather and the silver flapper tassels are WAY more sparse than pictured. There were only about 30 tassels going around the entire dress. This really doesn't pass for a flapper dress when it's on - and it definitely can't pass for classy :(
